Want to Celebrate the United States with Uncle Sam? Be an Aunt!

Uncle Sam stands for United States, but in a world which claims to be the epitome of Justice and Equality, it is unjust to claim that Uncle Sam, a man, can fully be the image of the country. This is why it must be a female Uncle Sam, whom we will call “Aunt Samantha” from now on, that will pair the male Uncle Sam. She will give a broader sense to the United States values and will spice things up as only a woman can do!

Patriotic Aunt Samantha Outfit

Aunt Samantha needs to have a patriotic outfit, similar to what an Uncle Sam costume looks like. Thus, if you want to dress up like her you will need to stay within the blue, white and red color schema. A white top, the famous red and white bowtie and a tailcoat, paired with a medium long, fluffy red and white stripped dress will work great for such a costume. It has all the necessary ingredients to be a hit regardless where you decide to celebrate 4th of July.

You can add some jewelry and accessories to make the costume even more stunning. A hat or a headband can make the difference. Yet, this is just a version of what you could dress like Aunt Samantha.

Another version of the costume could be a dress with blue top, spaghetti straps, and a red and white bottom. Accessorize it with the American flag hat placed on one side for a charming look. Wear it with high heels and a gorgeous simile on your face to tame the harsh look from Uncle Sam’s face.

Looking for something more comfortable, then you can keep the top from the first Aunt Samantha costume suggestions and add a pair of comfortable white pants with red stripes. This will still retain the patriotic look, but it will make a much more comfortable and cozy costume, especially for those willing to party until late at night or live in areas where the weather can be capricious.

Just like Uncle Sam, the outfit for Aunt Samantha can be made by you if you have the patience to shop around and look for matching pieces. Yet, it will be easier, more comfortable and probably even cheaper to purchase an already made costume. They are great fun and stress free, so that you can fully enjoy your celebration.
